 General information | | Of a surface of more than eight hectares of grounds, the botanical garden presents many varieties of tropical and indigenous plants of Madeira, among which orchises, magniolias, azaleas, cactus, palm trees… The garden comprises an vain house, with the French windows glazed, decorated flowers. The Botanical garden has also a surface of research and conservation as well as a museum of natural history. |
