With its hills planted of vines and cypress, its houses and its capitelles of dry stones, Žrnovo is one of the most authentic villages of the island of Korčula.


Žrnovo is located at 3 km in the south-west of Korčula.

Moštra is the dance of Žrnovo. It is similar to Kumpanija of the village of Blato. Formerly, the dance finished by slicing the head of a beef animal.
