Blato does not miss a charm, with its astonishing central avenue bordered of limes and acacias and its paved Town square, where draws up the church of All Saints’ day, restored in style baroque with 17th and 18th centuries.
On April 28th, the festival beats full sound with Blato, at the same time religious and folk festival, since to the processions the very traditional “chivalrous Play is added to the sword of Kumpanija”, competitor of Moreška de Korčula. The men, dancers, dressed in traditional costumes, carry out 18 figures of dance. II acts of a combat carried out by Serdar (commander) and a captain, directing both the local army. The young girls unite with the group to dance the tanac.
