In this ecosystem, there are interesting species of animals in the laurel wood sector, in the foothills of Cumbre Nueva. This is the case of laurel pigeons.

The flora includes species such as the Canary Island pine, laurel and wild maquis typical highs. As for the fauna of the area, it includes the laurel pigeon, the buzzard, the hawk and the crow.
