The village of Boa Ventura, or Boaventura, swarms its houses of peasants in the middle of the vineyards and the osieries, on both sides of a slope separating two valleys (lombos).
With the approach of Boa Ventura by the old road, the streaming is so intense that it becomes dangerous about it: it is not only any more of the sprays of water which fall on the road, denied packages of gravels and, sometimes even, after the storms, of the blocks of rock which descend the mountain.
2 km before Boa Ventura a view-point give on the full valley cultivated of will ribeira do Porco which widens in glaze on the ocean, between two cliffs.
3 km after Boa Ventura, a beautiful prospect: on the right, on the coast which unrolls its indentations beyond will ribeira very close back Moinhos; on the left, on Delgada with its white church and its sea water swimming pool Bridged.
